メンター・グラフィックス・コーポレーション（本社:米国オレゴン州、以下メンター・グラフィックス）とLogicVision, Inc.（NASDAQ: LGVN、以下LogicVision）は、2009年5月7日（日本語による抄訳の発表は同11日）に発表済みの両社の合併についてLogicVisionの株主が承認し、両当事者の手続きが終了したことを発表しました。旧LogicVisionの株主は、LogicVision普通株1株に対し、メンター・グラフィックス普通株0.2006株を受け取ることになります。

LogicVisionは、SoC（System-on-Chip）設計をセルフテストするためのBIST（Built-in-Self-Test）技術のリーディング・プロバイダです。業界をリードするメンター・グラフィックスのATPG（Automated Test Pattern Generation）およびテストパターン圧縮（Embedded Deterministic Test）技術と、LogicVisionのBIST製品を組み合わせることにより、メンター・グラフィックスは複雑／多様化するシリコンテストの課題に 対応する包括的なテストソリューションを提供します。
